This Pluxee Gift paper is accepted at all Pluxee Gift paper partner merchants as listed in our official
Merchant Locator Site (https://merchantlocator.pluxee.ph). Official Pluxee signages may also be
found in partner merchant stores who accept the same. For Pluxee Gift paper redeemable through
dedicated partner merchants, please refer to the logos and/or list found at the front of the Pluxee Gift
paper. For further inquiries and/or information, please approach the partner merchant’s store
supervisor/manager.
Please do not detach the Partner Merchant Stub of your Pluxee Gift. Only the accepting partner
merchant may do so.
Take care of your Pluxee Gift paper. A folded, crumpled, or stapled Pluxee Gift may still be accepted by the partner merchant provided that barcodes are not encroached, and security features are not compromised.
As provided in Republic Act No. 10962 Sec. 6. Exclusions – “Gift Checks that are issued to consumers including, but not limited to, those under loyalty, rewards, or promotional programs, as determined by the DTI, are not covered by this Act.”
This Pluxee Gift has no expiration date and can be fully utilized as long as the security features are still intact, and the barcode is machine readable, unless indicated otherwise.
A Pluxee Gift is not convertible to cash.
Partner merchant policies on acceptance of the Pluxee Gift shall apply.
At the bearer’s sole discretion, this Pluxee Gift may be replaced with Pluxee Gift Credits at Pluxee Philippines HQ in Makati, subject to Pluxee Philippines’ validation.
Pluxee Philippines shall not be liable for any claim relating to the purchase of goods and / or services from partner merchants.
